Loneliness

Loneliness is…
Being alone.
Trap between walls and stones,
Unseen, unheard and unknown.

Loneliness is…
Feeling empty,
There’s nothing here,
Inside of me.

Loneliness is…
Hurting.
Within me, the heart is bleeding,
My chest is in pain,
I am losing.

Hear me world,
I’m crying out loud,
I wish these walls will fall,
I wish the stones would crumble,
I hope the hurt would stop,
I hope the pain would end,
I wish the loneliness was gone,
Please...
Take this loneliness from me.

Anybody..?
Anyone..?

Amazon Women, Gog and Magog

About two weeks ago, my boss was telling me an inspiring story about a retired nurse who had unmasked the story about the warrior women, The Amazon Women. She was at her 60's when she started her quest to find the answer for herself whether the story of Amazon women was a truth or just a myth. Through her researches, she found out that the answer she looking for was lied somewhere in Russia. There she had excavated a kurgan tomb of a warrior and later it was discovered the tomb belongs to a woman warrior. It was a prove that the Amazon warrior women really existed. And to more surprise she finally able to trace the decendant of the Amazon in Mongolia! This old lady is now a Professor and a director of American Eurasian Research Institute and her name is Dr. Jeannine Davis-Kimball. From the story, what my boss is trying to tell me was, it is never to late to achieve something in your life. All it takes is effort and determination.

Later, the next week, I recieved a birthday gift (thank you Nisa, Vz and Suhairie!) about Gog and Magog (Yakjuj dan Makjuj: Bencana di Sebalik Gunung). It is a very interesting book which discuss in detail about Gog and Magog that had been mentioned in Quran, Bible and Talmud. It also reveals the possible nation called the Gog and Magog based on the characteristic mention in those three source. In ancient time, this barbaric nation were known as the Scythia, Xiongnu, Hun, Mongol. They were the blood thirsty nation and had caused distruction of civilizations. To my surprise as I continue my reading, I discover that there are connection between the Gog and the Amazon women that my boss mention earlier! When I continued my search on the internet I found the similarity in their life style as nomads (living in grasslands, riding horses, clothes), their territory lie in the same area (which is between Russia and Central Asia), they were known for their fierceness in war, even in their way of bury a warrior in kurgan along with the weapons. Is there a possibility that the Amazon women were the female version of Gog and Magog?

Maybe it was just an incident the for the similarities to occur between those two. No one know it yet. It just that we as Muslims have to believe that sooner or later this destructive nation will rise and cause corruption on earth. When it happen just remember, the life of this world has nearly come to end and the life in the hereafter will begin as it is one of the big signs of qiyamat.

p/s: Before this, I thought the Amazon women is from South America who live in Amazon jungle. But no...I was wrong!

Hit The Reset Button

Salam,
This is the first entry I made in this blog after a very (veryyyyy) long time. I started this blog in 2004. At first, this blog was originally created just to go with the flow. Follow the trend. When all the people around you have it, so do you. Most of my friends have it, why shouldn't I have one. After a while the passion to write is decreased until at one time I had stopped posting any entry. Later, for quite a time, this blog had turn out to be my 'little black book'. The place where I kept my secret. The thing that I use to express my feeling, my anger, frustration and not to forget, my secret admirer. Of course I'm the only reader here. (Kantoi la kalau orang lain baca!)

After taking a long break, I feel like I want to write again. So I think I will start to write (again) in this blog. But this time it in English so that I could improve my English. I had thrown all the previous entries into the rubbish ban except for one. Because it's a reminder from a friend to remind me about friendship. Hopefully I have the strength to write and post entries frequently.

Oh, one more thing. I also have another blog which I write in Malay. Most of the entries, I wrote about books, and a little bit about myself in there. Please visit Eton dan Buku.

'Till the next entry...See ya!
